Neet options for repeating events and meetings#1031

When creating a new meeting or other calendar event, the options for repeating are:

Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Yearly

We need an option to have repeats by day (multiselect M,T,W,T etc..)
Every 1,2,3 or 4 weeks on the chosen date
Same for months (1,2,3 etc)
