New Event#1077

Every time I add a new event to the calendar, by tapping on an available time slot, I have to tap the “x” or move my cursor back to delete the pre-written phrase “New Event” before I can write the event subject. Why go through this process when I can simply type the event subject directly? It’s obvious that if I want to create a new event, I first have to delete “New Event,” which is a real waste of time. If I could just type the event subject without having to delete anything else, it would be much easier. However, when I tap the “+” for “New Event,” it opens the form page for the subject, and I can type the appointment subject directly without having to delete anything. I think it should be the same as tapping on an available time slot. I think this would be a great improvement. What do you think?
