Repeating Tasks with checklists#866

Allow repeating tasks to share a comment set of checklists.
If you add a checklist item to an instance, it will appear on all the instances.
If you remove a checklist item to a single instnace, it will be removed on all instances.
If you complete or uncomplete an item, it will only affect the currently selected task.
