More options for the cover (colors/themes)#887

Would like to be able to customize the cover of the planner with more colors, textures, and designs (it would be nice to have options that do not show the stitching too). Some ideas would include a textured leather in various colors without the stitching standing out so much, maybe a metallic look (brushed or shiny metal, in different colors like gold, silver, nickel, brass, etc)

This is purely cosmetic, and not a high priority compared to functional features and upgrades, but it may not be too complicated to add more options for colors and themes so I figured I would make the suggestion.

Thanks for providing and maintaining such a great planner!!

… or even no texture at all, with more subdued colors. All the skeumorphic UI may look attractive for some people, but I find it distracting.

I’d also like a minimalist view with a wider font option.
