Add Switch to turn off rewards#941

I don’t want to participate. I don’t want to see alerts or shaking icons. My finger keeps hitting that icon rather than my intended.

I didn’t download the update because I feared something like this. I don’t want an artifical ‘reward’. Accomplishment IS the reward. Studies show that artifical rewards sap intrinsic motivation.

We understand that the rewards are not for everyone, so we will be introducing a switch to disable them completely.
