Shared Everything! Please, please, please everyone upvote!#949

I have been a subscriber for years and love it, BUT, I’d love it a whole lot more if it could be shared! As a business owner, being able to share tasks, goals, checklists, etc. would be outstanding! So many programs allow for collaboration (overused word, my apologies). Ideally, being able to create master tasks, subtasks, checklists, etc. and share these with other(s) would be a game changer for us. We currently track a lot in OneNote for our lists, which doesn’t offer the calendar, meetings, etc. that we would have the benefit of having in one spot with Opus.

Hi Stephanie, we are actually working on delegating tasks, this will allow you to share a task.

Will that also include view to all master tasks, subtasks, checklists, etc.? Would love to see an option where we can select what is shared and who shared with (team, collaborators, etc.). For example, included in the list to share would be goals, tasks (all), calendar, notes, meetings - basically everything! But security driven so users can decide who should see which components. I recognize this is a big shift, but being cloud enabled to work across devices there should be some capabilities to share with other users beyond just delegating tasks (though that’s a great start!). Happy to provide more details if you’d like!
