Hide completed checklist items#950

Currently tasks can be hidden when completed, but checklist items that are tied to our master tasks (and then show on our daily tasks tab) cannot. I know we can delete these items but if we don’t want to lose the history it would be ideal to just be able to hide these tasks.

HI Stephanie, can you give me an example? Checklist items on master tasks should not appear on daily tasks. Perhaps you are referring to subtasks?

Hi! Actually, I do see my checklist items from my task in daily. Attaching screenshots so we can make sure we’re talking about the same thing. You’re right that it’s not the master task - that’s another request I opened to make the full tree viewable on both the master and daily tabs. :) But I would love to see these checklist items be hidden instead of having to delete.

And now for the opposite: Is there a way completed tasks stay marked as completed but do not dissapear? Historical references and all…

Is there an update we need to run or something I am missing as the completed items are still showing in my daily tasks?

Hi Stephanie, you need to click on the checkmark on the bottom menu of the task list. It will hide all completed items, tasks and checklists.
