How do I access meetings which are like a year ago a lot of scrolling to go through. There has to be a way to list all meetings as a list and sort and ffilter this list based on tags. If not the meetings is quite a useless feature i think.

The Meetings tab is an important tool for my job because it allows me to have one place for all the meeting information; however, I agree that there needs to be a way to see a list of all meetings together and to be able to group them and sort them by topic, tag, category, participants, project, etc. This would also be helpful to keep track of Daily Notes – maybe file them or connect them to a Notes section subcategory. As it is, I forget every note I put there unless I double my actions and copy it to the Notes section.
I would love filtering, tagging and sorting so I can keep track of those meetings which have been procesed (i.e., edited & published to participants) and those still pending after-meeting review.
Perhaps an index would help?

I agree that it is difficult to use the meeting notes because there is no way to access previous meetings without recalling when they were held and what they were named. As someone who attends seven meetings per week on average, there is no way for me to keep track of the date and name of each meeting. I believe this could be easily solved using the existing search button for the app with a “search all” wildcard such as an asterisk and the existing time range filter.

We are about to release a new feature called note tags. On any note just type a hashtag and your tag like this #MyMeeting and you will be able to see all those notes no matter where you add them in the note section.

Hi Jose, thanks so much as always. How would we be able to find all meeting notes without the hashtag? I can see adding a hashtag going forward but can’t see how many are in the past? I know they are attached to meetings but no way for me to remember all my meetings. Also is there some way to add an indicator to a meeting that has notes attached to it. Probably not knowing iOS, but it’s worth asking. Thank you! 😃

Thank you for the feedback! we’ll discuss some options.

These our suggestions for the meeting planner:
Add options to search by year, month and week on the meeting planner section.
Add a search field to filter out meetings by title.
Add a note icon if the meeting planner has notes.
Add a meeting planner icon to an event if it has one.
