The Eisenhower Marix is a powerful tool to help you visualize your week and daily tasks when using the daily and weekly planner–but it’s lacking the abiliity for users to modify the priority level of tasks for the various quadrants; making it very difficult to organize your tasks that can be understand after the matrix box closes.
Just like how the system lets you select the “Use Priority A in Q2”, I’m proposing that similar features we added to the Q3 and Q4 box.
Allow users to use “Prioirty B in Q2”, Priority C in Q3, and Prioirty D in Q4. (I understand that prioirty D will be something new to add to the system, but will make the Eisenhower Matrix so powerful when using Opus One day in and day out for everyday tasks. Once you’ve setup your tasks in the Eisenhower matrix, and then you select Use Prioirty B in Q2 (all of the Q2 tasks will be relabeled like how it works now from a B1…Bx) and then if the user selects the new “Use prioirty C in Q3” (all of the Q3 tasks will be renumed from C1… Cx) and then if the user selects the new “Use priority D in Q4” (all of the Q4 tasks will be renumed from D1… Dx)–it will really help make the Eisenhower matrix a powerful too that keeps everything organized even after the matrix is closed!! Without a change like this, this matrix is interesting, but it cannot be used to really help remind you day after day when tasks are in which matrix. See the attached images for guidance on where these check boxes could easily be located.
Next, users need the ability to update the Task prioirty list and even rename the task if needed right from the Marix view. curently you can’t do that. Please allow the users to either double click on the task and update it via a dialog update task box (like how it works all throughout the app), or let them right click and select EDIT in the DELETE section to allow them to do the same. (See attached).
BTW, I’m a Rose Gold user and usualy am always #1 in points on my team. My ID is Kevin Flynn.
This is the frist of a few changes we need to make to the Daily and Weekly planners found in the Mac OS X versions to really make them powerful tools. More to come! Please implement these first. Happy to talk with someone on the phone about these ideas. See the images attached for suggestions.

These are great ideas on making EM more efficient and user friendly for visual planners.
This is an excellent idea. Please make this important improvment to EM.
